Granja Jacarandá

Guided by a local chef, you’ll learn how to prepare one of Uruguay’s most typical dishes: empanadas. An opportunity to learn more about Uruguayan cuisine and its history, as well as discover regional wines.

After cooking, it’s tasting time!

The activity will take place on a family farm. Guests will have the opportunity to harvest some ingredients from the organic garden themselves, reinforcing the connection from farm to table.
